I try to think that things change and better time will come. Then all I need is good sleep after a prayer. Next morning things look different and I get a perspective that everything happens for good.

Hiya..

Seek an energetic solution..and it has to be something you are comfy with..
Some examples...

Stand outside and smile at the sky..
Feel the Love touch you..

This really does work..try it!

Other things that will help you are...
Go for a walk in a forest..
Watch the sunrise..see the sunset..
Walk at the edge of the ocean..let the sea touch you..
Go for a jog or a run in the country....breathe deep and strong..

You could find as you need from many places..however it has to be what fits with you ..your energy and your stance.
What is common in all I show is that you can do all these things alone..and you are the one who will lift the clouds away from your being...

Thought patterns attract the same..so a negative pattern attracts negativity..and a positive pattern attracts positivity..

Focus on all the good things in your life..stay postive..!.

You will be fine ...!

Life has yet to get me down. Getting drunk or stoned is simply for the weak. When bad situations come along, I just smile and walk through it, nothing ever brings me down.

Its difficult but if we can see the reason for this happening then the problem can become a guidance instead. Not getting what we want for example may mean its the wrong thing and so on. See the problem as a message instead.

I think of my two very best school pals, both of whom died in their early 5Os of cancer related illnesses.

No longer able to enjoy their lives, their grand children, the feel of the sun on them, see the wonderful sights and places I have been, to laugh to love.

Hell no, if I have a bad day, I know I am still warm and above ground, and intend to enjoy life as long as I can for myself and on behalf of them.

Pray, I believe that all things work together for those who love the Lord. If that doesn't work, think of those that are really suffering. Still not working for you, Use the down time to try to understand yourself, think about you, keep a journal.
God bless

count my blessings. I know, it sounds a bit simplistic but the fact of the matter is that when we are down, we are usually looking at things without a balanced view.
Things happen that are good and bad. If we focus on the bad, the good becomes obscured by that focus. likewise if we focus on the good, the bad is obscured and people accuse you of wearing rose colored glasses.
When things are getting me down, I rely on centering on things that matter and remembering and "appreciating" those things that have been good for me. Up follows down like waves on the sea. they're going to happen. its simple reality. but looking at things too sad or to happy can cause imbalance and make sailing these seas hazardous.

when i feel really down, i sit by myself, listen to music that i love, an right down any words, thoughts, pictures/doodles an ideas that come into my head, an put them into a note book. when i feel better i read what ive written. normally it amuses me. when things are really bad, i sit alone, in silence, an talk to myself in my head about how im feelin. i become absorbed in my thoughts an end up in my own little world. it works really well for me, an it helps alot. you may wanna tr it but its up to you x

I dance, bake and often find a friend to worry about, instead of dwelling on me.

Good Luck and Goddess Bless.
