Yeah... so this Halloween I'll be going as a Mobster/Gangster. Pinstripes, fishnets, a hat, and a fake gun.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what else I can do?
Also, any ideas for hair and/or makeup?

Gangster/mobsters don't wear fishnets. Flappers would. They also wear long beads, slip dresses and a fluffy feather, headband, or cloche hat, high heels.
For gangster, you could make "stubble" by burning a cork and rubbing that on your face. You could find gangster costumes, wigs, moustache and makeup at Source. They even have a violin case for your gun. You could also find old suits, hats, shoes, etc. at Good Will and Salvation Army.
