The question of where under-18 year olds can go out in Las Vegas comes up a LOT! And after having done a ton of research, I can tell you that there pretty much isn't anywhere on the Strip that will let you in if you're under 21; they're very, very vigilant about checking IDs, too, so you won't be able to sneak in under the radar.
So here's your best bet if you're determined to get out and enjoy some nightlife: Club Frozen75, which is actually in Henderson, Nevada, about a 15-20 minute drive from the Strip. It's open to those 14 and up, and runs every Friday and Saturday night from 8pm to 11:15pm.
However, if this sounds like a little bit too much of a young crowd for you -- maybe you don't want to be chatting up those 15-year-olds! -- the club hosts an event called Zen 18+ After Hours afterwards, which goes from 11:30pm to 2:40am, and which you might find a little bit more like a real club. Both events cost $15. I've given you a link below.
If you decide you don't want to venture all the way out there, there are a still a few options for teenagers to go out at night in Vegas. The House of Blues at Mandalay Bay, for example, offers all-ages access to some of their concerts -- previous and upcoming shows include Five For Fighting, The Decemberists, Sevendust, and Citizen Cope. The same is true for esteemed music venue The Joint at the Hard Rock Hotel -- check their websites to see if anyone cool will be playing while you're there. Another evening option is Jillian's on Fremont Street, which offers bowling, billiards, and arcade games -- you can even eat there afterwards too. It's not quite a club, I know, but it could still be a lot of fun if you were with your friends.
You can even get a little taste of "almost" night life by going to any bar that is also a restaurant -- for example, the ESPN Zone in the New York New York Hotel. Obviously, you'd only be able to order a soft drink, but you'll still feel that you're out and about!
Hope this helps a little! Have a fabulous time, whatever you end up doing.

The list is endless. If you can't have fun unless you're drinking, clubbing, or gambling; you are hopeless. I seldom do any of the above and have a great time in Vegas (as do my teen age daughters). Your homework assignment is to google (or yahoo) "Las Vegas entertainment" PS: I can't think of any shows that are not open to 18 year-olds except some strip clubs that serve alcohol.

Las Vegas is probably the most exciting and interesting city on the planet and with hotelbye you will see out more. Nowhere else in the world you will see an area that's most of the travel amenities that merely a total resort location will offer: magnificent casino accommodations, fine food, wonderful stay activity and state-of-the artwork meeting and business display facilities. Las Vegas is surely a spectacular town and exactly what you'd assume from a world-class metropolis, and more, is below for your journey pleasure. One of the places you must visit in Las Vegas may be the Fremont Street, a pedestrian region with a myriad of distinctive sites.

Good luck. I don't think you'll find any under 18 clubs on the strip. Everyone ID's heavily and the requirement is to be 21. Only clubs that don't serve alcohol will allow under 21's in, but find me a club that doesn't serve alcohol.
Here are some ideas for under 21's:

Wait until your 21 to go. When I went for my 22nd birthday it was so much better than when I was underage. Buy yourself a VIP ticket otherwise you'll wait hours in line.

There are none, "on the strip".
This would be the only one I'm aware of in the LV area.
