I remember I heard about it in the news so long ago, but there was little said about it. I was just curious how it went away so fast and was he investegated? I also heard she was drunk?

I remember hearing it was ruled an accidental death. She was drunk and fell in their pool and drowned.

Technically it was ruled to be, "Death by Misadventure". She was drunk, stumbled, fell into the swimming pool and drowned. There is plenty of information about the case on the Internet.

Accidental death. Her death destroyed him. He tried very hard to get her sober. She was an alcoholic and it was destroying their marriage but he loved her very much. He came home and found her dead in the pool. She died of drowning, which an autopsy easily proves. He started a treatment facility to help people like her. I think he's one heck of a guy.

She had drug and alcohol problems, and I believe she fell into the pool and drowned. Allegedly, he came home and found her in the pool.

Besides, even if he was tried for murder, he could have gotten himself off because he's Denny Crane!!

I think she was really drunk and possibly had drugs in her system and she drowned in the pool at their home. Self medicated, Sad really sad.

If I were married to William Shatner I'd probably kill myself too.
No, to answer your question. I don't believe he was investigated.

No and no one knows. There was some speculation that he killed her but no evidence.
