The emulsion has to be stable for min. 3 months. It has then to be stable down to 5% for a couple of hours. Thanks !

You should try getting technical assistance from DOW (part of Union Carbide) or BASF; both of these companies make a wide variety of surfactants of varying properties. They should be able to help you find the best one for your appication. Sometimes you can get a free sample of the surfactant to test with your mixture. Try looking on their web sites first, it would probably help with which division or department to contact. Also, you will need some kind of high speed mixer to prepare the emulsion.
