How do you fight a person thats bigger then you?

I cant avoid the fight because everywhere i go, hes gonna find me. He is pretty fat. I am about 130lbs and 5' 9" and the other guy is 290lbs and 5' 9'. So practically he is the same height. I think he is slower then me. So like how should i fight him WITHOUT having to kick him in the balls

What's wrong with kicking him in the balls. If it's good enough for the Marines than it's good enough for you. If you can get behind him, a good choking is also good. Remember, win or lose you win. If you beat him, well it's obvious. If he wins, big deal, fat boy beats up little guy. Most importantly you can live with yourself because you didn't run. Bumps and bruises will heal, but bruised self confidence never does. You'll respect youself and carry yourself so confidently youll never have to fight again because people will just know better. Sounds like I know what I'm talking about doesn't it. Wonder why? One more thing, you start the fight like a crazy possessed beast. Don't let him start it. Give him no warning and yell alot. It will totally thow him for a loop. Don't hold anything back. You be the bully.

Everyone has a gameplan until they get punched in the face. Play it smart, and trade with anyone with such a large weight advantage. I'm assuming he's not very accustomed to fighting off his back, so get the clinch as soon as possible, drop him, and attain mount. A simple jab/cross/leg kick and a drop in level should be more than enough for anyone who isn't well trained to take him down. Heck, I wouldn't trade punches with anyone who was even within 10 lbs of me, let alone 50lbs over. That being said, don't fight in school. That's just not smart on so many levels.

This happened to my brother when he was young, and I never forgot it. My brother is 5'8" tall and weighs about 150 lbs. The bully was a huge obnoxious big mouth and was constantly harassing my brother. My brother did not want to fight him for obvious reasons. The guy could kill him. And that's what the guy was hoping for. Well, my brother was a drummer, and he was sitting in the band room at his high school drumming on a wooden practice pad. The guy started his usual harassment, except he went a step further and pushed my brother off the stool he was sitting on. My brother got up, picked up the wooden practice pad in his hand and smacked the guy in the side of his head with it. It knocked him out like a light. The guy never touched my brother again. The way I see it is, if someone much bigger than you is picking on you and you know that his intention is to ultimately hurt you- it's okay to level the playing field.

Pick up something and clock him a couple times with it. He will fall hard, being bigger than you and all. But, if you stand up to him this once, chances are he won't bother you again. Don't run away whatever you do. If you do, he'll think he has the upper hand and he'll never leave you alone. In the future, I suggest you take some form of fighting lessons, maybe karate?

i know this isn't the answer you are looking for but the mind is always stronger then the fist. I am about your same size and have been in many confrontational situations and was able to talk my way through them all. Be the bigger person on this one.

Do whatever it takes. It's a fight not a competition. Schoolyard rules only lengthen the encounter which in turn lengthens the duration of someone's pain / humiliation.

yeah, learn western boxing, or get some ex military special forces dude to show you how to fight, don't waste your time with karate, tae kwon do etc unless you wanna learn what I call "Ballet for men" of course best thing is to find a way to not fight him, cuz even if you win, he is gonna come after revenge.

I don't think you have any chance to beat him, he has over 100 pounds on you, there's no way you're going to win even if you kick him in the balls.
