Mine has 3; 2 downtown, and 1 at the main highway intersection.

We have a total of 0 traffic lights.
The East/West roads are not paved, except the main one through town.
We don't even get our mail delivered. We have to go to the post office everyday to get it.

I used to live in a town that had 2, both downtown. In fact, I think it still has 2, lol. Didn't grow much in the 20 something years I've been gone.

Mahomet, IL had 1 light on the corner of Main and route 47. A few blocks from that, someone wrote on a side of a building "lets get marred". I think they meant Married but there was a satan sign close to it, so I am not sure. Maybe they really meant marred.
