A half a spoon full of baking soda in a small glass of water.
Slam it. It doesn't taste very good and it's not good to do very often, but it will make you feel better in about 10-20 minutes.

If you don't have any meds, you could try a teaspoon of baking soda in water, or yogurt if you have it. Maybe even a bit of bread might help. Hope ya feel better.

Wrap a cold wash cloth around your neck. That helps a lot when you don't have meds. And, be very, very still. That's all I know. Hope you feel better.

Try ginger ale and plain saltines. Otherwise, Pepto Bismol usually works for me.

I've found that sipping a regular pepsi helps. Make sure you're sitting up or have your head elevated at least a foot from where you're lying.

Sip ginger ale or gatorade slowly. Also, peppermint candy helps sometimes. Good luck.
