Any place, any time, if they really want the fresh start.
Truly it depends what you're both in to. Beaches, mountains, fine food, racing, strip clubs...whatever. "Fresh starts" are often at more private places like resorts but be careful because the way people act while totally relaxed on a beach with no worries is not how they will act back in the real work. The fresh start is really a lot of smaller steps you take together as a couple.

In a gentle and romantic place, like a garden or at the beach. Alone anywhere there are few distractions. Just away from whatever is holding you back - work, kids, family, friends. Doesn't have to be far away or expensive - just anywhere you can talk and hold hands and feel the sparks that kindled the flame at the beginning.
