Guy is a professional jerk. He was asked to give up the microphone and he refused. When the police came over to move him off the podium, he resisted. I would have liked to have seen an old fashioned billy club in the teeth. Freedom of speech does not give you the right to disrupt other peoples exercise thereof.

Alloted time slot? Too many questions? Gee, I'm sorry, I didn't realize the FIRST AMMENDMENT CAME WITH SO MANY RESTRICTIONS!!!!
Granted he was an annoying brat, but just because he asked questions that were difficult to answer is no reason to remove him from the room. Up until the police tried to take him away he was calm in his demeanor. Contrary to fascist opinions in this country nowdays, a CITIZEN DOES HAVE THE RIGHT TO RESIST ARREST WHEN THE ARREST IS UNLAWFUL!!! This student was in a public forum, setup specifically for listening to and then questioning a US Senator, Because this student asked too many hard questions, or politically sensitive questions DOES NOT abbrogate his right to ask those questions, and it certainly does NOT warrant ARREST.
This young man will be America's newest Millionaire, and rightly so. He should sue the police for every cent he can get.

The kid asked 3 questions, about him becoming president and why he seceded last election and if he was a member of skull and bones, that's hardly a conspiracy!

Everyone just watches as this guy gets beat up and tasered for asking a question? And again Kerry just sits there doesn't say anything, this is becoming a little too fascist and scary when things like this can happen and it's the norm for everyone to just sit there and be ok with it!

first of all he was not tasered for asking a question.
He went past his alloted time slot. They asked him to stop but he continued. Then they cut his mic. Then he started spazzing out. The cops tried to get him to leave and he resisted. At one point he breaks free from the cops and starts jumping around. Even when he is on the groung he is resisting.
They had every right to taser him. There was a US Senator in the room. When this kid started jumping around acting like a fool he was a threat. If he would have pulled a gun or something we would be asking why the cops didn't do more. Remember V-tech. Hindsight is 20/20.
Resist arrest and you face consequences. The cops have authority for a reason. They cannot predict the future and determine what someone is capable of, but if someone is capable of resisting an escort out of the room they could certainly be capable of more. Get over it.

When an individual acts in the manner of this kid then he should be treated harshly. This kid runs a blog and all this will appear on the Internet. It was staged by him. When you are at a gathering of this type is proper to be polite and obey the rules. This kid was a delinquent and got what he deserved.

Face it, the kid is an attention whore.
He got what he deserved.
Remember, this is the same kid that mounted a loudspeaker to the top of his car on the night of the 7th Potter book opening, and bleated out the ending for all to hear.
He is an idiot.

The guy was making a scene of himself and endangering all those around him--when he wouldn't leave as requested.
If someone jumped up and down and started screaming like a banshee, what would you do?
He gets TASERED.

They handled that sooooo poorly. There was no reason for that level of violence against that kid even if he was breaking the rules. He clearly wasnt threatening Kerry. They could have just escorted him away.
