Why such urgency?
20k in two weeks is not a realistic goal, you have to save your money for these situations. Even taking a loan out is difficult. If the emergency is life or death like a serious surgery then I would suggest contacting the county in which you live, they may have some sort of program you can enroll in...Best Wishes!

OK. here you go.
1. Obtain a gun.
2. Go into a bank.
3. Show gun to teller, demand cash.
4. Leave bank in a hurry.
5. Continue steps 1-4 at different banks until enough cash is raised.

Frankly, it's almost impossible unless you have capital in hand for high risk investment. If not, unless you are very pretty, and probably get a rich man to sponsor you.
