take deep breadths when u get angry....also do some meditation....

Anger is a common tendency of human beings.It is the outburst of one's built up ideas or sentiments.It is shown to a unknown persons with less intensity,like a motorist violating rules of the road and leaving you in a soup.A servant ignores what has been ordered and intensity of anger here is shown differently.Your next of kin sometimes irritate you and that intensity may be mild.We come across different persons in our day to day life.I am not different from you.At least you hate others but I hate myself.

I have a very good rapport in my working place where everyone does his duty.They all say that I am a very soft spoken guy.The other side of the coin at home is unpalatable.The whole family is scared of me.This is due to my expectations like house keeping,child's wreck less behaviour towards their education etc;

Mentally be ready for any negative thing you don't like.Assume that had you not been there how they would have tackled it.So don't mentally be present where your anger shows its ugly teeth.JUST SHOW YOUR TOOTHY SMILE INSTEAD OF BITING THEM.

ok finally i met a person who sounds like me !!! anger management sounds like a huge name but its easier than you think.....u reckon anger is your negative then...everytime u can feel your blood boiling think about something positive that you have that is something positive that you do and bring it into action...like me for example not that i make a great role model but its just an example...when i get angry i cud just kill everyone thing or person that i spot....but in such conditions i think abt my positive side abt how great im am at sketching not that these 2 are linked in anyway but thats how ur mind works .....diversion is the only way...and then i start sketching when i foget abt it i get back into the normal gurl and do my daily activities.......u can try it!!.......

meditation may help for this. first of all find out the reason behind your angers and then try to resolve that. and a quick solution for minimising anger is started counting 500,499,498....up to 0. try this . it will definitely work. be happy always. life is short . so lets enjoy it.

All these answers are good. But you may find you are not able to suppress your anger adequately. I suggest you try an anger management class. If you can't find one locally, check with the nearest women's shelter. They would know where to find one.

It is natural. When you are angry, observe yourself and understand your way of thinking. Read good books and don't react whenever you are in anger. Move away from the place.

Consider others needs a head of yours. You're being selfish. Yes, your anger is selfishness. You need to practice forgiveness also. Give up your right to be angry. Forsake it. Let it go.

leave the situation, like in house just go to ur room and close the room for 10-20 minutes come out when u cool down.
dont talk to people u hate, just leave them out of ur live.

it happens with all of us.
drink plenty of water , take deep breath, relax for 5 mins, don't think about any matter. if your are in home go to sleep for 10 mins.

if you have ur MP3 player or mobile with your most likely soft song.

first of all whenever u r angry dont talk to ne1,cos watever u speak wud b harsh n hurting when intentionally u wud not like to hurt ne1 right? then just go to the room n sit alone for sometime n try to analyse wat went wrong , wat angered u, n wat u do if u r in that persons place who has done something dat angered u?
dont try to analyse only from ur point of view consider other persons view also...dont judge who is right or wrong cos wat is right acc. to u maybe wrong acc. to dat person n vice versa ...so dear no1 is right or wrong
n remember one thing if u just keep on getting angry regularly on petty things no1 wud like u n wud keep distance from u...wud u like that?
u can even try meditation daily for atleast 5mins - 10 mins...increasing 5mins every week...this wud make u more calm n u can have control over ur senses

try meditationa nd read articles/books on positive thinking to channelise your energy that you waste in your anger.
Positive thinking and meditation work for anyone very effectively.
