If I had to use one word to describe this generation it would be...."IMPATIENT".
We live in a society with computers, cell phones, mirowave ovens (since the 80's at least), internet, and cable TV giving us up to the minute news. Also we live in a society that is fast paced and people have less and less time to get things done.
All of this leads to people wanting things faster and more immediately. I too find myself wanting things immediately. I can't wait for something I always have to have it now. Much like many of my friends.
