sin(x) and cos(x) can be computed by an infinite series. So long as x is measured in radians, then:

sin(x) = x - (x^3)/3! + (x^5)/5! - (x^7)/7! + (x^9)/9! - ...
cos(x) = 1 - (x^2)/2! + (x^4)/4! - (x^6)/6! + (x^8)/8! - ...

where ^ means "raised to the power of", and ! is "factorial" (that is, 4! = 4*3*2*1 and 7! = 7*6*5*4*3*2*1.)

Do you mean the power series expansion? Or do you mean something related to right triangles? There are many different ways to express sinx and cosx
