Im making my exhaust pipe longer i need to cut it and ad in a piece but can it be cut with a blow torch and if so will a cheap one work?

You can use a cutting torch, or you can use a sawzall or even a hack saw. A blow torch is more for sweating pipe instead of cutting it. For a few bucks, take it to a muffler shop. They have the tools and the knowledge to do it right.

Yes, A blow torch will work the only problem you will have is removing the slag in order to slide the new tube on

No it is too hot without temp control.
