Did you know the unemployment rate is figured using household surveys?

And it has nothing to do with who is or is not receiving unemployment benefits?

I just mention it because I see so many here answering questions saying it's based on the unemployment benefits.

It's done on a survey of about 60,000 homes. Surveys are never right. It depends on whom your asking. They never surveyed anyone in my neighborhood. I have been here for 20 years.
