Has anyone used Tindamax for bacterial vaginosis? Is it any more effective than flagyl?

No, I've never used Tindamax before. I have used Metrogel (the gel form of Flagyl) before when I have had bacterial vaginosis.

As for which is more effective I would recommend checking with your pharmacist as well to see what they say.

I don't know which one is more effective, but I also used metrogel and have no complaints.
