It's A dodge neon that is just maxxed out to the owners needs.

I'll say it's a Dodge Neon. The reason for that is because the sides seem rounder then a Grand Am. Year: probably '00-'06. As for the mods, I can't say for sure.

My well known cookie is that fancy style you get at a bakery - that's have been given approximately 6 or so layers and is often pink and green with a skinny chocolate layer topping -- i think of that's stated as a petite fours??
