My shirts no longer fit me. How can I lose inches?

in my sleeve length? I've tried dieting, but nothing seems to work.

Did your shirt really stick to the diet? Could have cheated when you weren't looking...

Check all the hiding place for the non diet food,,,hampers, under beds, under under ware in drawers,,you know,,

and then try again, and watch those shirt sleeves closely
