Friends and I did a joke in bad taste the other day at school. We found a dirty diaper on the way walking to school we stuck in the desk of our teacher in home room. We got caught myself and two of my friends got suspended from school. I got five days cause it was my idea they got 3. When I return to school on the 25th I have to submit paper no less then 500 words explaining why i did it. I dont know even why I did It any suggestions?

Because it's funny as hell, that's why!! I'm 32 years old and even find that funny. . . . . . .

Examine your motive . was it to get a laugh, punish the teacher, bragging rights, etc? Once you examine your motive, you'll have your answer.

It's still funny as hell though. . . . . .

Start off with what you did. Then go to how stupid you might be feeling after the fact. Followed by what your punishment was. Then tell about how hurt you think the teacher might have felt or embarrassed by the prank. Then move into the apology. Make no promises to never pull a prank again because such expectations are not realistic. Seriously, perhaps it was prank of the moment trying to fit in with a crowd that you shouldn't be bothering with. Or, you just had a total brain spaz and have no remote reason you can think of other than it was a spur of the moment and that you can see, looking back that it was just stupid.

Teenagers have problems with impulse control and they are easily swayed by peer pressure. This was something you probably never would have done on your own, but along with your buddies, you thought it would be funny. Perhaps you did it to "get even" with a teacher you don't like. Also the idea of "empathy" is not developed yet in teens. That means you haven't learned to feel someone else's pain or disgust.

I hope you learned from this experience.

Seriously I think you should take your days of suspention and really examine it. Yes it was funny and probably in really bad judgement but you did it. If you are sorry you did it then express it, if your sorry you got caught then express that. The decisions you make in life will forever mold the person you are so be more careful on your decisions. Though this one is a little joke, next time think about it before you actually do something stupid.

No, it's nice to see you have a president with a sense of humour. Over here in the UK we didn't find anything funny about Bush. Also showed he could take a joke about himself from the lady that said he was a black president, unless he messed up, and then he'd be a half white president. He seems a very sincere guy to me, who is taking over in a very bad time after the mess DUBYA left you with. You guys should give him a fair crack of the whip.

Maybe you can do a report on being a teenager. You can write about the struggles of finding your identity, fitting in, not thinking past the now, etc. There has got to be a lot of information on the behavior and psyche of teens. Good Luck and sorry for your bad luck.

Although it was kind of a shi**y thing to do (Pun intended) I don't think it was worth getting kicked out for 5 days. I think doing "Community Service" projects around the school would have been more appropriate. They were being kind of harsh. It sounds like a typical adolescent thing to do. With one of my teachers we slid a piece of cardboard into the top of the middle desk drawer and turned the drawer upside down and then slid the cardboard out so when he opened it all his stuff fell all over the floor. It sounds like it was a harmless prank. It's not like anyone really got hurt.

Just start out your essay by saying that it was just one of those things that teens do without thinking.

You know why you did it. There was nothing more hilarious that sticking a smelly, poopy diaper in a teacher's desk and watching them absolutely freak out when this disgusting bit of refuse is stenching away in her desk.

it also sends a message that you feel that she is a stinking pile.

You did it because you acted on impulse instead of thinking first. This is a sign of immaturity. This should give you enough to ponder on for 500 words.

You wanted your teacher to know that u and ur friends are consious about the enviroment and u wont stand for littering so u put it in her desk to show how much you care.

jk..umm say it was just for a laugh and it was stupid maybe mention peer pressure or something say it just seemed like a fun prank you didnt know you would get caught and now u are very sorry. basically i would say the same thing over n over, just restate it in different ways.
