how often do your parents get you mad?

for me its several times a day

what my parents to do to make me mad is they try to get me to eat when i don't want to, they tell me im stupid, they tend to bother me when im doing something important and my mom keeps telling me (and not in a calm concerned way more like im stupid way) im going to die if i don't eat more which i do eat a sufficient amount of food

Damn...I think I would've lost my flippin' mind if I had parents like that. My mom gets mad at me every single day; and for just about anything(nothing like what you're going through); sometimes I feel like screaming and shouting at her, but I'll save that for when I move out. My heart goes out to you though. I don't know how old you are but I think that you should stand up to your parents and tell them to back off; maybe if you show them that they can't walk all over you, they'll back off.

Not for a few years- and I miss them dearly. But when I was a teenager, it was at least once a day, and many days more than that ! My relationship with them improved hugely when I got into my early twenties and morphed back into a human being.
Now that my teenagers are 18, they only get me mad maybe once a day, some days not at all! But when they were around 14-15, it was multiple times a day.

I'm 54 and my Mom still has hissy fits all the time, as she doesn't understand me because I am different than she is. I have moved 1000 miles away from her, too, to get away from her, but every chance she gets, she digs at me in some way. I am happy to be me and don't care what she thinks....took me a long time to get that far!

I dont live with my mom anymore (havent for about 7 years now) and I only talk to her about once a week so she almost never gets me mad.

Hard to believe you will miss them when you move. It happens though. It is hard but you should try to grow up and make friends with them as early as possible because they will be dead and gone sooner than you think and you can't rewind life and tell them how much you truly love them.

same here. i feel your pain. from the second i wake up, to the moment i go to bed, they've irritated me in some way. for example, riding my @$$ about cleaning my room. OR, how i don't wake up early on weekends. excuse me, weekends are for sleeping in, aren't they? and also, they won't let me go to campfires with my friends because it's "not in a good part of town" and the ppl i hang with "aren't good ppl".... so yeah, there's my little parental rant for you. what do your parents do to make you mad?

everytime i say i dont have money...they think im a bad daughter. that i just dont want to send to money. I just cried now, because I feel so bad...sometimes i wanna run away, and just leave them alone.

i dont know my father but my mother she drives me NUTS. she dont wanna just leave u alone u know. she comes to my apt w/o warning and calls me at the crack of dawn when im still sleepin and sh*t like that. DAMN that womans annoying!!! i love my mother dont get me wrong u know i dont hate her or nothin but shes pretty bad about just lettin me have my own life. she wants to be all up in ur business and givin all her opinions and sh*t too which is another thing.
