Suppose someone asks you your love status and you reply saying " I'm on my way" What does it mean??

I've never heard it used, but at a guess i can assume it either means they're pregnant or getting married.

it depends on the conversation you are having and were they are from in different parts of the country it means different things u should ask them to define it :)
