Nope; out of your description in no way the two a Brown Recluse or a Brown Widow. won't be able to tell precisely what it would be, in spite of if from the 'striped legs' and the actuality which you think of it would be a widow, i'm vulnerable to pass with between the orb-weavers. In any experience, it particularly is probability loose. What it particularly is beneficial to do next time may be to declare what portion of the rustic you're in and if attainable post a image of the spider. That helps a good purchase.

That is not a Brown Recluse!!!
Wolf Spider? I think not, first of all, unless it was dead, it would not have sat on the end of those plyers like that. It would have fled.
It is a shame that the picture is not more clear. I really cannot tell by the photo what it is.
Judging by your question's phonetics, I kinda think this spider is dead now....Shame!!!!
You have to realize that they are more beneficial to you than you realize. Your fear is unwarranted. They are not going to hurt you. Human ignorance is a spider's worst enemy. Check out web sites, you may find a new respect for them and learn something in the process.

I can't see its back very well, but it looks a little too fat to be a Brown Recluse. They are usually more slender, have long skinny legs, and when you look down on them the top of their back and part of their head looks like a violin. Hence, Brown Recluses are also called Violin Spiders. It may just be the picture and if it's dead it may be more bloated so look for the violin look on it's back.
Here is a picture of one .. I hope you can open it.

If it is make sure you don't touch it with your bare skin (just to be really safe) their poison is really destructive.

About twice as big as a brown recluse. And much thicker.
Brown recluse are tiny thin things.
It looks like a dead spider to me. That's fine. I smashed one last night. But they are good to have around since they eat nastier bugs.

Poor photo, but it's definitely a Wolf Spider. The vertical tan lines along it's cephalothorax and abdomen are a dead givaway. Here is a good picture of one:

A brown reculse has skinnier legs and is tan colored except for a brown fiddle pattern on it's cephalothorax. Here's a pic of one of those:
