I am a senior in High school i have a 4.0 gpa on a 5.0 scale and my act score was a 26. I am also taking AP and Honors classes.

Probably yes to all, especially if your record of extracurricular activities strengthens your application.

You shouldn't really have any problem getting into any of these schools. Grades are important but schools are also interested in community services you have done. Talk to your school counselor and see what info he/she can suggest to you. I would also see about visiting these schools and ask people there any and all questions you might have.
