I am not an OJ fan, and think he escaped a crime when found innocent several years ago... However, this present siutation in Vegas certainly sounds like a set up... Some released without bond, others not arrested, and OJ charged with 7 crimes without Bail being set. The present case seems like pay back, video set up, recordings, etc., Interesting.

I think this is publicity for his book. I'm tired of hearing about OJ and don't care whether he goes to jail or not. I'm also tired of Anna Nicole and her baby. Nobody cared about her in life and in death it's just pathetic what the news media sensationalizes.
Or what they think people really want to hear. . .Neither of these people set any type of good example and do not deserve any publicity. . . along with quite a few others.

It seems to me many people here have no respect for the law! OJ was tried by an American bona fide court of law and found not guilty! Albeit what anyone may think of the verdict, American law was followed, a man stood trial, judgment was duly rendered.

The antics of Americans with regard to the treatment of OJ give many foreign nationals cause for concern. Time and time and time again Americans stand up and sling mud whatever the verdict of any court whatever the issue and/or the judgment rendered.

American Freedom, liberty and justice - its made a complete and utter farce! No wonder Americans continually get their assess chewed out on the international scene!

As Americans cannot abide by and/or accept the rules of their owns courts, by what reasons does the American Nation as a whole, led by its politicians, think they can arbitrarily dictate, impose, judge the conduct of others, being totally inept / unable to abide by the laws and judgments as rendered by fellow Americans in their own courts?

My opinion?
Oil is over $80/barrel. Iran is saber rattling. Iraq (though I agree that we should have went in) is not going well.
Politicians are wanting to go to a socialized healthcare system. That other countries are now dumping.
UBL is still a threat. Many feel that China and Russia are becoming threats again.
And here we are, worried about OJ and Brittany. Now I'll grant you that it's mostly FoxNews, CNN, etc. For some reason that's all they are concerned with.
There are lots better things to concern our country with than this crap.
I do think he is a murderer though to answer you question. I think that he feels that he's above the law.

I'm already tired of hearing about it. B&E crimes in Las Vegas are not interesting to me. OJ even less so.

Really doesn't matter if it was a set up. As long as the cops weren't in on it. HE and his buddies are on tape doing the crime.Even Johnny Cochran couldn't get him off.

My opinion is that they should throw the book at him and give him so much time in jail - for society's sake - that when he gets out of jail, he will be in a casket.
