i need to know how to do a toe touch and hopefully a herkie. my dad wont let me spend money on lessons. i tryed doing them and i faied. miserably. my feet didnt get higher then my butt. please help me, tryouts are in a few minutes. and yes i am in shape. please include videos, pictures, and workout routines if possible. THANK YOU!!!

Cheerleaders practice those things... just work on some stretching, and a small routine (if that's how they have you try out)... but he loud, and energetic, that's the most important part of being a cheerleader, right?

I had the same problem, i tried out for cheerleading 2wice and didnt make it but as long as you do good on the dance or routine or whatever else there is...you probably have nothing to worry about.

Say that your interested and you've got been attempting relatively rough to be at the squad. This means they recognise who you're and your prime curiosity in cheer-main. I say the chances are with you. I want you all of the first-class my pal :)

You can't learn how to do them enough in a few minutes! Do you mean a few days??? If you know what they look like, all you can do is practice, practice and then practive some more. Good Luck!
