seriously, and i'm not just saying this, but don't worry about that! you have your whole life to worry about your figure (sadly). just make sure that you run or play sports or do something to stay active at least a few days a week. but whatever you do, don't mess up with your health and start dieting. because you probably are just starting puberty and that can really mess you up. hope this helps!!

Stop drinking sodas with sugar. Read the labels. Don't put butter, sour cream and a ton of cheese on that baked potato. Stop eating all the fried foods. Eat your green veggies, have a boiled egg or 2.
Raw veggies are better for you.
Drink 8 glasses of water a day.

if you are that young then you shouldnt be trying to lose weight unless you are obease well i think you should just try not eating when you are bored and only eat a limited amount of junk food. the best of luck to you

Omg there is no reason u need to be worrying about this...
I'm 17 now and i try so hard not to worry about that...
when i was ur age that nvr even crossed my mind.
don't worry about once u hit puberty ur body will level out and be hows its suppose to be.
don't even think about weight at ur age...
just have fun

By making a visit to your regular doctor and talking to them about your weight. If they determine that you need to loose any weight than they should be able to suggest other doctors (maybe a dietitian/nutritionist) to help

at 11 you don't want to go on a diet cuz it can mess up your growth process cuz you are not developed . but you can cut down on your eating

try out for every sports team at your school.
eat lots of bananas and pickles (only 5 calories in a pickle!)
that works for me.
