I dont take anything for a cold, with the exception of Advil if I get a headache. Your body is fighting an infection everything that is happening is suppose 2. Your nose is suppose 2 run, and your suppose 2 cough and sneeze, because the cold is suppose 2 run its course. However brandy and tea will help u sleep

Good question, I could use these answers. :)
Personally myself: up to 5 days in bed, not running around anywhere or going to work, 5 days in bed, that means sleeping as much as you can and the occasional watching TV or playing video games or crossword or whatever. And showering of course, this always cures me. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get a hold of 5 free days...
