In my opinion Hillary is so married at the hip with the lunatics at moveon.org that any attempt to cross them would be her political suicide. There is precedent for this, look what moveon did to Senator Lieberman, a Democrat who supported the Iraq war during his re-election bid. They nearly destroyed him.
Moveon is much less effective with Conservatives, to the point of being just a fringe nuisance. But Liberals had better toe their line or pay some heavy consequences.
That said, Hillary will have to divorce moveon.org at some point. She can't sell their views to the other 99.5% of this country and expect to win a general election. I will watch in amusement when she throws moveon.org under the bus.

It may be what you say is true, or say disagrees with what is going on and due to political reasons cannot comment.
If she tears into him, she loses the vote of our boys in uniform. If she defends him, she looks like she is for the war. Best stay silent.
As for the good General, I think he was hired to be the fall guy. The politicians got us into the mess and thus refuse to admit their mistakes. So to make them selves look good, they blame it on the military and the man leading the charge. A bad and dirty trick if you ask me and anyone watching the news with some sort of intelligence is not buying it. Those in the military or have been in are DEFINITELY not buying for those in the uniform have more honor, courage, creditability and integrity then our politicians in suits.

they shop you xenophobic while it suits the pre marshall regulation government as we see those days. they shop you identifying to purchase with the well timed labeled commercials. they do no longer concentration as plenty interest on the floods or divert from the immensity of the oil spill as a fashion to concentration on a guy with dud m88's. Oh the relaxing we had with m80's and 0.5 sticks back interior the previous due eighty's. easily what you have is an overglamorized campfire set in a nissan pathfinder by employing someone probably unwell and uninterested in gazing the comparable bullshit media we get subjected to and which additionally compels us to help wars in Iraq as against the culprits who sat in Afghanistan each and all of the time on a similar time as Bush checked his priorities. decide to work out genuine media, visit youtube and form in collateral homicide (6 million plus hits). The latter is the form of media we're not allowed to work out so as quickly as we watch 24 we experience greater advantageous and justified.

I hope your husband comes home safe and sound to you and your child. I also will not vote for Hillary, but I don't see why she should be obliged to defend General Petreaus. He seems to be quite capable of defending himself.
Admittedly, I would think more highly of Hillary if she did try to "call off the lynch mob," but I respect that she has other issues to address and may not want attention diverted from those.

Your last sentence says it all..."I think Mrs Clinton will make the worse President that the US has ever had." Sound like you have conceded that she will win, and she probably will, and for the average Joe like you and me. we will never know the difference... Maybe she might be able to reduce the budget so that your forthcoming child will not be paying off the present deficit that your present Mr. President has created.

good man or not. the petreaus report serves only to mislead people, but it does a poor job. a first grader can see the holes. you don't need to be too smart to see the con job they're trying to pull, so why you need to think of him as all good and holy?

She agrees, but wants people to still like her. Obama will bash her by calling her negative, even though he is against bashing. So as my mother said, if you can't say something nice, then don't say anything at all. Good luck and God bless you, your husband, and your son.

she hasn't given an opinion on that because she has decided that it's not in her political interests to do so. period. everything is a political calculation with her and most politicians. "doing what's right" rarely enters consideration.
