Its legal to grow it in the united states! granted you need government permission, certain licenses, and you better believe that they are going to make sure its used for research and that your not going to bake brownies with it. But grow it openly like you would tomatoes? Even in "the college kids Disneyland" Amsterdam, you can only smoke it in certain shops, and you cant take it out of the city so its the same idea....your looking at a good handful of third world countries who just need the income if you want to develop your "green thumb"

Lots of places. There are even some US states where it is legal to grow a limited amount of marijuana plants for medical marijuana purposes. Oregon is one but the Feds keep trying to overturn the state's sovereignty on the issue.

There are places that marijuana is legal to grow for personal use. Amsterdam, upper alaska, parts of canada... If we all just plant the left over seeds everywhere it'd become legal here to, ha,ha!
