To me they all unfortunately sound odd. Kamran sounds feminine like Cameron. Arya sounds girly too and Zand is almost like sand. So perhaps Makan would be what I would pick if I had to .

Kamran sounds like a nice name for a boy. I also like Arya. they are both very nice and unique.

I hope this boy has a visible ethnic environment that supports hanging him with one of these names.
But if he's as American as apple-pie he will hate you forever and rightly so. US parents fall in love with these names and forget that the young person is saddled with it for life unless the go thru the pain of changing it legally.
Assuming this kid will be an American citizen, and this will be the country of his origin and lifestyle, any of these name truly suck, IMO.

I would prefer the name Zand for a boy cos not many names start off with the lettter 'Z"......
