Or what is the best way to bring attention to the lack of professionalism by health care providers in another country?

You can complain all you want but it likely won't matter much, depending on the country.

You might want to search the internet to see if that country has some kind of patient rights advocacy group or Professional Organization similar to the AMA with whom you could file a complaint.

Don't get treatment there springs to mind instantly.

Good luck as this is pretty much a moot point. You are not a citizen of the country in question, I doubt anyone will take your complaint seriously...........

What country and it takes a lot of reserch.
Try the country it happend in and talk to a tourist
service agency,and casualy ask your question.
Once you have a address,send it to them.
OR cxomplain to the AMERICAN COUNCLOT
