Most guys I know, ( disabled) think that the only reason a female is interested in them is to see if they can, ahem, perform, or out of curiousity. Then they get rude about it. So, i was just askin' .

I dont know how old you are, but, how many guys like this do you know??? I just dont think that kind of rumor you are saying is true!!!!

You should be friends. Hes a guy, right??? so let him make the first move!!! He will when he wants Im sure!!! But maybe, he just wants to be friends, youll have to wait and see!!!

Approach him like you would approach any other man you are interested in. Flirt, ask him out, accept a drink/meal from him or buy him one. Be true to your feelings, and respect his.

Just show him your true love for him. Treat him as you would a regular guy. A guy can tell when a girl truly loves him..

flirt with him and give him signs that ur interested or be bold and let him know u like him and want to know if hes interested in u as well

Same as you would any other guy. Obvious exception to this rule would be blind guys, but I think that's probably slightly off-topic.
