am asking this ?for my friend, some people told her when they sterted doing butt excersise,it made their booty smaler[is that true]

depends on what size your butt is now. exercises firm it, not make it smaller.

most white girls dont have a booty to clap...and i would pay big money to see a white girl try to booty clap.. the only booty clap i saw was from buffy the body lol never seem anything quite like that!!! i think us white girls just have a different diet, and its just how we evolved, having smaller butts. i see some white girls with bootys but not a lot...idk what it is lol it stinks but i have a pretty nice one..i just do squats lol i know dancing will exercise your butt, and doing weights and stuff..but it hink booty clapping is just your butt jiggling together i dont think it does anything lol..

Not necessarily.
It all depends on the move.
I mean, your butt isn't fat. Your butt is a muscle. The more you use a muscle, the more toned and built it becomes.
So, it might not be as lumpy or jiggly as before, and it could become smaller, but mostly, it'll be toned.
Or, even bigger, sometimes.

The answer is yes and no!

Your booty will be firmer and muscle contracted and firm is smaller in appearance than fat/ In other words less junk to pack in them their jeans! Smaller jeans,---But (no pun intended).... your booty will be more shaplier which will give the appearance of being bigger --in a nice fitting pair of jeans....

I know jogging actually makes the booty bigger.

Butt exercises makes the butt extra strong to push out those hard poopies.

Exercise alone will tighten it up, which will make it appear smaller. The only way to actually make it smaller is to combine the appropriate exercises aimed at the buttocks, together with diet - if you need to lose a few pounds - and who doesn't?

It gets rid of the fat on your behind! But beware, that can leave celulite! But you may gain weight, you buttox is a heavy muscle, build it up, and your butt will be firm, but you may gain a pound or two, as everyone knows muscle weighs more than fat!

well if your doing butt exercises and your losing weight of course it will get smaller, but if you dont lose weight you'll just firm your butt up and thats sexy!!!! makes me wanan nibble on some butt cheeks :o)

uh, anything, i think it would make it bigger, muscle grows=bigger muscle which im guessing leads to bigger glutes. But, i guess it would burn some fat and tighten the muscles, yeah, that sounds more likely what would happen.
