When you're in a clique, you don't see it as a clique, you see it as a bunch of friends. It's not so much leaving others out as it is keeping some close. There is a lot of pain when you see a situation from your point of view. You can start your own clique?!

I think cliques are mainly a phenomenon carried out by young people. I was in one in high school, joined clubs and groups in college, etc. but after that I was very much an individual and have remained so to this day.
I mean I had and have attachments to people, family and good friends, but there are no cliques and no peer pressure that I'm aware of. I think cliques are a thing people grow out of as they grow older.

Great question... I believe the root for this human nature of forming cliques lies in two basic features of our being... one is ego and the other is insecurity..... insecurity forces us to form groups and ego makes us separate it from other groups or individuals in order to generate a feeling of superiority.

i like your question - that is rather exciting. i like Blake's quote - that he ought to create. I write poetry and that i continually think of of my poems as my creations. i think of whilst Blake wrote "i won't reason and learn; my employer is to Create", he's merely asserting that he will create something new in accordance to his perspectives and not think of roughly the way it suits in with the different platforms. he's merely going his very own way - to the beat of a distinctive drum. I additionally like Hermann Hesse's quote - that we've the real international interior us - easily in Judaism - each human existence is seen a separate international - for this reason there is the quote that in case you keep a existence (person) that is comparable to saving the international. i think of those are helpful insights and charges and that i've got not got any concern incorporating them into my thinking. the main suitable factor every physique can do is keep an open strategies and learn - existence is a journey and gaining wisdom of is the significant factor.

when you have a need to be included...you tend to spread your self out too thin......eventually your circle of friends either:
1. is too big to revolve around you
2. views you as too busy and stops trying ALL the time to include you
down size

Animals do it too. On a basic level you recognize people with the same purpose/goals/appearance as you and you bond with them because there is a common intrest/theme
