I'm nearly 21 years old and I have large breasts. the problem is, they're saggy. is there any way of lifting them without having an operation?

The breasts are mostly made up of fat tissue. You cannot tone fat. Doing all the pushups in the world cannot help the sag.

I would follow the other advice here- have a professional bra fitting, and then find a bra that makes you look fabulous.

Not really. Sometimes a supportive properly fitting bra will help but not always.

Since you have big breasts you could get a breast reduction covered by insurance, and it usually includes a breast lift (if it does not, find another doctor!).

Try going to a specialty bra store. There are minimizer bras out there that could help. I go for the breast reduction if there are back problems though, future discomfort could be a *****.

My suggestion would just be to wear a well fitting and supportive bra.
