that is an old oak tree the swing is hanging in.I was standing about 15 - 20 ft from him on a small porch.I have looked for whatever that is several times since then it is not there.

It is a piece of acrylic rope hanging from the tree. It is in pastel colors so something other than the swing, was once hanging there from it. It looks old.
It is just very near the lens of the camera. That's why it's out of focus. When you went back to look for it, it had probably fallen finally or got blown away.
Next time you go back, look up into the tree branches near where the camera was. If you don't see it up there, look on the ground.

it looks like a blossoming flower hanging off the tree,that looks bigger in the picture because the way the person was standing while taking the photo

i dont think its a cloud it looks its part of the tree and they wrapped it with somethings but in the funny accept it looks like a slither you know the movie, let me know if you ever find out what it is

It looks like you hung one of Santa's reindeer and his sleigh from the same tree you put your swing in.

well 1st of all to narrow the image ask yourself
why is he in a playground. the thing about him can be a part of the swing.
