yes, I am on the vegan diet trying to lose weight, I will go back to being just a vegetarian,..,, maybe sooner than thought I would...
it's not a religious thing.
I am a healthnut, and that is all there is to it with me., that and being skinny

Eating a diet of a vegan is extreamely poor and will not help you lose weight. It has something to do with the cellulose in the plants (?!) . All the vego's i have known have been fat and trust me I knew a few! Unless you are doing this to yourself for a relgious reason i highly reccomend you start to balance your diet of vegies and toast with lean meat (lean beef , chicken breast is best) have wholegrain cereal and hilo milk!

Eating nothing but vegetables believe it or not can make you feel bloated especially cabbage and broccoli try adding boca burgers and other foods like beans etc into your vegan diet...

Get your balls or meatballs and exercise.. I dont care what you eat..you gotta move those balls to lose some fat. Also watch your salt and sugar intake. But? Get up and move.. ok this is like callin the kettle black.. I do to you know? And i 'm not sayin' do as I say but dont do as i do.. Dorment..I know I need to heed my own advise. I do lay off the salt , sugar, but I dont get out and walk my buns off like i use to.I feel fat and worthless too.. so jump in my boat we will paddle together..OK?

It's not what you should eliminate, it's what you should add to your diet, like whole grains, fruits, legumes, nuts and soy.

There are other ways to get whole grains.
