That would depend greatly on how you're defining "like Superman."
In an infinite universe (as everyone else has already stated), the possibility of life on other planets is also infinite. It's not a stretch to imagine that our universe has other lifeforms in it, and from there, it's not difficult to imagine that there are creatures on other planets somwhere that, for whatever reason, needed to be that strong and needed to be able to fly, etc. So you could very well have a being with all of Superman's powers. The trouble there is that a being that needed to evolve along those lines most likely wouldn't be anthropomorphic (i.e, it wouldn't look like a human). However, assuming we're not alone in the universe, there are probably worlds that contain anthropomorphic aliens.
So now we've got aliens with Superman's powers and aliens that look like humans, but we don't have any that are exactly like Superman.
Another important criterion to establish when asking if there are aliens like Superman is if you mean an alien that comes to Earth and subsequently gets powers. Superman, had he grown up on Krypton, wouldn't have had any powers. His powers come from his alien chemistry clashing with Earth's environment. Now, I can perfectly believe that there are aliens out there and if they came here, they might manifest all kinds of bizarre traits as the result of being dropped in our atmosphere. What kind? God only knows.
Lastly, when you say "like Superman," that can also be taken to mean "an alien that would actually help humans." I like to think there might be. Humans can use all the help they can get.
So...basically, I think the chances are very good of there being aliens that look like humans, aliens with Superman's powers, aliens that would GET Superman's powers if they came to Earth and aliens that would be heroes if they were here. All told, that means there's a one in four to the power of infinity chance of there being an alien exactly like Superman (his powers, his morals and his humanlike appearance).
Sorry to ramble. I wanted to be thorough. :-)

Do you propose great sturdy alien humanoid very virtually same to human beings, merely approximately something is conceivable however the probabilities of there being a alien being merely like Superman is approximately as probable as being struck via a meteor 7 situations in a row and surviving with in basic terms a scratch, no longer impossible yet very inconceivable.

Well, to borrow from Douglas Adams....
Space is infinite. There are a finite amount of populated planets. And finite number divided by and infinite number is as close to zero as possible so when rounded to the nearest whole number equals zero. So the entire population of the everything is zero. Since there isn't anyone anywhere the chances of there being someone like superman out there... zero.

Assuming that there is alien life, the chances are pretty good for finding some species that has much improved speed and strength compared to us. All that would take is a home planet with higher gravity and a few generations living there to adapt.

Since the universe is infinate, the chances are infinate. That means the percentage is both 100% yes, and 100%no

Come on. Someone that can lift mountains and fly faster than light? Burn things just by looking at them and see through anything? The chances are virtually nil.
