It's basically where you write about what you have learned, written, or discussed in the class over the last semester. Although some teachers want you to reflect across what you have learned throughout the whole year.

You have to write it backwards so that when you hold it up in front of a mirror and it is reflected back to you you can read it right in the mirror.

Kind of like redrum on the movie "The Shining"

Take an experience or period of time in your life and write about what you've learned from it, how you could improve, how its affected others, etc. If your supposed to write about something specific relate it to your life in these ways.
