Yeah, one of those days when you don't want to wake up, everything is effed, everybody sucks... you don't really know why, but you want to justify ripping someone's head off.
This is one of those days.

YES! mosty because I bottle up my feelings so most of the time I just want to throw something across the room to a wall or punch some one in the face.

Yes and I normally do scream when I feel the need to...if I get it out on my own I won't blow up at the wrong person

Yeah there should be a place where you can go to do just that.
Maybe if you are driving down the highway with the windows rolled up and no one is looking.

yes and today was that day. After a long day at work i had to go to a meeting and this lady kept on talking and talking and than i come home to find that my car was keyed.

Yes, that day was today for me. There are some days that I wish the drs would learn some other nurses name. Maybe there is something to that saying "Ignorance is bliss" afterall...hmm....I might be on to something here.

I do that any day I please.. especially when I'm happy! Nobody really minds. Besides, it's impossible for me to stay mad/grumpy very long. So people get weirded out when I explode at them and then 5 minutes later ask them if they think it's a nice day.
