I sell stuff on Ebay and almost 40% of my winning bidders don't leave feedback for some reason. How can I get more people to leave feedback???

I sell stuff on Ebay and almost 40% of my winning bidders don't leave feedback for some reason. How can I get more people to leave feedback??? I have left feedback for 3 of them, and they have still left me none.

I wait about 2 weeks, then send this email to the buyer:
"Hello, I was going through my feedback, and noticed that you have not left feedback for this item. Just wanted to make sure you are happy with it.
If there is any problem with it, please feel free to contact me. Please leave feedback when you have time, and I will leave feedback for you when I know you are happy with it.
Have a good week!"
Yeah, I hate it too, not much else you can do though :-(

95% of mine leave me feed back, maybe there is something your doing wrong and don't know it, that they leave no feedback rather than negative... Establish good communications from the beginning, when you receive a payment email them thanking them for the payment and tell them when you will ship. When you ship send them an email that you shipped and when..
Could be because of what your selling and the type of people buying...
Its traditional for the buyer to leave the feedback first, thats a way of communicating that you received the item.. The other answerer has it backwards and if he waiting for the seller first he's losing feedback for that reason..
Send the ones that don't respond an ebay message and ask them if everything was ok... Maybe you will get some idea that way.

Are you leaving them feedback? I usually won't leave feedback for a seller until the seller gave me mine.

I try . but here latly they remove the sales after the item is paid so I have to go to PayPal to find it to leave the feedback . what a mess.

How about a recent buyer who CHOOSES to leave no feedback (that is what he/she responded to my query), yet has hundreds (including mine) left for him/her/it!!!?! I am no egotist only realise what purpose the option serves.
