I have Tony Romo and Damon Huard. It is a 20 team league so there aren't that many good free agents...some of the free agents include
-Tavaris Jackson
-Kyle Boller
-Byron Leftwich
-Kellen Clemens
-JT O'Sullivan
-Brodie Croyle

i would pick up leftwich. he just got signed by falcons and could breakthrough. oh, and drop huard.

Chances are, those same guys will be available in a couple of weeks, so I'd wait and see if any of them are playing well going into the week you need them to fill in for. Also, you could try looking at matchups for each of the guys you are considering adding for that week. Look for guys that play defenses that are bad against the pass such as the Bengals, Browns, and Falcons among others.
There are definitely some guys on that list with potential(Jackson, Clemens, Leftwich) to improve over the course of the season and develop into decent spot starters. Just keep your eye on them and make an informed decision when the time comes.
BTW, Croyle plays on the same team as Huard. He wouldn't help you on the Chiefs' bye week

god. i hope you manually didnt draft. that is a big screw up. dude above me is wrong leftwich is no good. joey harrington is starting for the falcons. kyle boller isnt that great. o"sulivan is a back-up and so is croyle. as for tavaris and kellen clemens. flip a coin they both suck. but go with Tavaris.

im not sure when their bye week is, but i would wait to see if a starting qb will go down in that week, and then take the backup and plug him in. huard isnt worth starting over romo anyway, so drop him and wait for a starting qb to get injured, and ride the backup to fantasy glory in your bye week!

ohh i'd dump huard in a heartbeat he sucks and get jackson but keep leftwich in your radar
