As far as the tire store--let them see it and determine what to do---I wouldn't fool with any distorted tire--I mean your car tire is the only thing contacting the road--why risk it??

I suppose it depends on where it is on the tire and how big it is, but I assume it's on the sidewall and that is a very weak part of the tire. The only safe answer is 0 miles.
A dimple on the side of a tire is much more dangerous than the slow leak that happens when you run over a nail. In that case the nail goes through the strong thick tread part of the tire. If the tire doesn't blow the second you run the nail over (very unlikely in modern tires) it will develop a slow leak. Take that tire to a gas station or tire place as soon as it's convenient and it's very likely that you'll be able to get it repaired (plugged) for maybe $10 dollars.
The sidewall of the tire is thin and a dimple there can pop at any minute. The air then rushes out of the tire (a blow out) and makes it very hard to steer if you're doing more than a few miles per hour. In other words, your chances of crashing the car go way up. The sidewall isn't strong enough to fix the way the strong part of the tire can be, so you'll have to replace the tire.

There's a difference between a dimple and bubble.
A bubble can pop at any time.
A dimple is normal unless you mean it just suddenly appeared and the tire is falling apart. The dimples on tires are there because of the tread or steel belt is cut to length and then fused together and so on. You'll see dimples on virtually every tire including big truck tires of all dimensions.
Good Luck!

You should get it changed right away.
A dimple will usually not result in a slow leak but rather in a blowout while you're driving. It can easily make you lose total control of your vehicle and should be changed as soon as possible.

See if these applies. A dimple is not a "pimple" or bubble.

I would say that you can't. If the tire has a defect, then it is time to replace it. There is no guarentee that it will last much longer.
You should replace it as soon as you can.
good luck.
