Can I use a fast pitch softball bat in a slow-pitch league?

Yes-No, With the new bat regs for each association some will not allow that. If they do you really wouldn't want to use a Fast Pitch bat because it works off of inertia. The faster the ball being thrown the harder the ball comes off the bat. The same holds true for Slow Pitch.
