Well it takes four seconds to do one pushup. So to find the amount of time to do 64 pushups you would do this: 4X64=256seconds now devide this by 60 because theres 60 seconds in a minute. 256/60=about 4.3 minutes

First you can figure out how many seconds it takes to do 64 push-ups, so multiply 64 times 4, that is 256 seconds. Since there are 60 seconds in one minute, divide 256 by 60, which is 4 minutes and 16 seconds.

If it takes 4 seconds to do 1 pushup, multiply both 4 and 1 by the 64 total pushups to find how many seconds it takes..
4x64= 256 (256 seconds to do 64 pushups)
1x64= 64 (pushups)
256 should then be divided by 60, to find the number of minutes
256/60=4.266 minutes
4.266 minutes can be rounded to just 4.3
4.3 minutes = 4 minutes, 18 seconds
good luck with the rest of your homework! =)

So...if 4 seconds/1 push up. How many seconds you need
in order to do 64 push ups? Simply multiply it by 4 since
1 push up every seconds. When you get the seconds, divide
them by 60 since 1 minute/60 seconds.

1 pushup = 4 secs
2 pushups = 8 secs
3 pushups = 12 secs
See a pattern?
so, 4 * 64 = 256

4 sec = 1 push up So 64 push-ups = 64(4)
64 push ups = 256sec Now divide by 60 to get to mins
64 push-ups = 4min 16 sec
