This reminds me somewhat of Richard Hooker, who wrote M*A*S*H. He was accused of being a pacifist. He replied that those who thought so were missing his point. What he didn't like was the ARMY (and its BS). Dilbert is the business version of the same thing. It isn't anti-capitalist. It's anti-cubicle.
