Does anyone else remember Germany vote scam?

I remember hearing that the chain of command in Europe was under investigation for forcing or forging soldiers to vote Republican during the first G.W. Bush vote. If so what was the outcome and why was this not televised enough?

incorrect, I served in the military and there never has been anyone who checks on who soldiers vote for. Of course we did have Democrats trying to have absentee votes from soldiers tossed out. The DNC issued a 5 page memo telling their people how this can be done.
