Rarest quality (not the most important) has to be true contentment. If we were all truly content, why would we bother to change or thrive at all? If we were all content in any given moment, with any given set of circumstances, we would strive only to maintain that contentment; there would be no reason to do, think, feel anything else or more.

Positivity
a person who have positive insights is hard to find, actually i never seen one except those in movies, almost every people kept on paging bad memories and taking it too seriously, at young ages it's alright, but as we grow up, we should continue forward, and stop moving backwards

me, i used to hate before, confused why are they like that, now i knew, they do that to make me worst but actually they're doing me a good favor because they made me better , the more challenges we undergo the greater we are after that

im lucky to have an opportunity to undergo such difficult circumstances because without those, i won't have what i have right now,my character hehe!!!

Brilliance.

Only .02% of the population has an IQ of 160+. 160 was the average IQ of all the great philosophers and scientists.

Every other quality listed can be developed, or improved upon. You can find love, you can learn to become humble. You can even find faith... but you can only be born brilliant.
If you do not have that extra spark, if you are not in that .02% you will never be, no matter how hard you try.

I'd have to say UNSELFISHNESS is the rarest quality in a person. I don't think I've ever met a TRULY unselfish person. People can be kind, polite, and even humble, but I can't think of the last person I met who would do something "just because." They always have a reason behind it, whether they want to admit it or not. Whether it's to get a promotion at work, "look" better to those around them, or just to feel better about themselves, it seems that everywhere I look, people are just selfish (myself included!)

Maybe I am just jaded, but it's sad that more people aren't more giving of their time, money, and resources without having an underhanded goal.

Altruism and Total Selflessness

Humans are always driven by their egoism (note: egoism is different from egotism). Psychological egoism is a doctrine that theorizes that individuals are always motivated by self-interest. Even in love, it is often that one wishes that the love they give is requited by the one they give it to.

Therefore it is rare that a person would do things without expecting a modicum of interest for themselves, especially in these current times where individualism is often opted as a way to survive and be ahead in an increasingly competitive world.

Well, at least that’s what I think, but I may be wrong.

Great question!

I have two answers for your first Q.
1:The most important to me for someone else to have would
be integrity. That encompasses a lot though. Like honesty
accountability, and honor.
2: The most important for me to have in me would be wisdom
So I could spot someone with integrity and make the right
decisions in life.

The rarest I would say would be Integrity.
