Saw a pic today,really bright red.Saw another after doing a search,it was blue n yellow.
Seem's with that name they would be orange.

I think your referring to a fish called an Aulonocara Sp. Try doing a search for that. Other names are Maleri, Sunshine Peacock and Yellow Peacock. They grow to about 4" and are relatively mild mannered. They can be kept in tanks as small as 30 gallons.

There are tons of new crosses of Peacock Cichlids,some(actually most) are tank bred color strains,these are trend and sort of "passing fancy " fishes that in many cases won't breed true. For the serious fish-keeper the whole Peacock complex is best left alone.
The Tangerine Peacock probably never existed in the wild.
